Services and quotes

Every job begins with a free inspection and a written quote describing the work, the materials, and the schedule. Quotes are valid for 60 days. Work starts only after you approve the quote in writing.

Fixed written quotes

The price in your approved quote is fixed for the work described. If we uncover hidden damage once the roof is opened up, we stop, photograph it, and agree any extra work and cost with you in writing before continuing. No surprise charges, ever.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in your quote — typically a deposit to secure materials with the balance due on completion after our final walkthrough. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Warranty

Our work carries a 10-year workmanship warranty covering installation faults, flashing failures, and leak repairs, alongside the manufacturer's material warranty. The warranty assumes normal use and the maintenance described in your handover notes.

Scheduling and weather

Roofing is weather-dependent. If rain, high winds, or freezing conditions make work unsafe, we reschedule at no cost to you and keep you informed daily. We protect landscaping, keep access clear, and run magnetic nail sweeps throughout.

Liability

We carry full general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we take responsibility for damage caused by our crews. Our liability is limited to the value of the work described in your quote, and these terms do not limit rights you hold under applicable law.

Changes

You can request changes to the agreed work at any time; we confirm any effect on price and schedule in writing first. We may update these terms occasionally and will post the latest version here with a revised date.
